Eroga Die has a highly trained design team with a combined experience of over 50 years. We look upon the design as the first and most important aspect of the die manufacturing process and use the latest technology in CAD/CAM systems with 3D ability. We work according to the extruders requirements and can create designs for speed, less pressure, strength, maximum production and simplicity.

Design can be sent for approval prior to manufacture and all designs are stored to a secure file server allowing for quick turnaround on repeat dies.
